Subject: Workout Recomendations

Hi! I am new to this site. I am 24 years old and recently got out of a bad relationship that caused me to gain alot of weight due to over eating and general depression. I am 5'4" and weigh a little under 140, I use to be 108. I have a high profile job and work really long hours. Does anyone have any good workout suggestions that I can do at home either in the morning or evening. Thanks!

What about DVDs? I own Aerobics, Yogalates, and Tae Bo. I love them all.

Once you master yoga to a level, you can easily practice it almost everywhere: at home, on trip, in office... Even if you don't have time for proper exercise, it helps a lot when you stretch your body (yoga style) even for couple of minutes, but as many times per day as possible. There are standing and sitting asanas just perfect for office or hotel room.
